RPO for a leading telecommunications company in Spain
The client with a national and international presence (Europe and Latam mainly), manages all its offices in Human Resources issues based on People, Technology and their values.
Given the high levels of recruitment in all their business lines and different brands, they require support in terms of recruiting and incorporating candidates, in order to meet their growth objectives.

It is proposed to give them an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) that covers all their business lines, brands and national and international offices.
The team will be made up of professionals in the field in an onsite-offshore mode, according to client needs, volume or phase in which the process is located.
We will work from taking the requirements to define each vacancy until its closing with the incorporation of the candidate. The intermediate phases will be defined in the Work workflow together with the client in the first month of the project.
We will provide KPIs, indicators that will measure the quality of the process.
It will allow the client to increase their volume of recruitment, demand and location of talent; reduce hiring times; optimize selection costs; focus on business strategies.
By working with offshore teams (Latam), it streamlines and improves the management of international offers by adapting to different time slots that we could not cover using only onsite equipment.
